We drove west to east across Going-to-the-sun Road - over Logan Pass. Then we camped at Many Glacier Campground - stunning! Will definitely go back.
About 7 miles of low effort high reward hiking right out of camp.
Many grizzlies - we spotted one from the road driving out of camp!
UPDATE: added a few more photos of the hike and camp - it poured right when darkness came, so we were quick to retreat into the van from our outdoor spot and spend remainder of night staying dry and playing cards (with some wine).

DeAunn thanks for reading! So due to crap internet and my half-assed late night vibe coded blog, I decided to abandon attempts for further updates en route. We had a TON of driving and I didn't wanna be staring at a screen when the purpose of the trip was to experience the places we were visiting ;-) We've arrived in Honeoye and then had a busy 4th weekend. So I'm now making some quick changes/improvements to the little blog and adding in the remaining stops.... more posts coming very shortly!
